Madogwy is a Steel hull sail boat of 38 ft, that was built in Wales in 2007.

Beautifully maintained she offers a great balance of safety, confort and performance, ideal to explore the beautiful and sometime challenging waters of southern Patagonia in the best conditions.

About me

My name is Alex.

I have moved to Madogwy in December 2022 and been sailing in Patagonia since then with a trip to Antarctica in between.

After 10 years working around the globe as a certified PADI dive instructor and Yacht Master 200 gt (boat captain) I have found here a natural and peaceful environment. The wilderness and beauty of Patagonia never stops fascinating me.

I can speak French (mother tongue), English and Spanish.

I am passionate about the Ocean under all its aspect, I will do my very best to make sure you have the greatest experience and feel at home on board.
